What is the .22 shell shim mod?

[NONOBLITUS]

It’s a 22 shell with the end removed and placed in the rail with the pump rod going through it. Reduces some slope in the pump.

So a bushing?

Dang, I was too late.... Already claimed is probably best for my impulse purchasing a Phantom for a great price. 🤔

Finally my waking up and checking MCB the second I open my eyes was justified and rewarded. 😆
