    Rebline and line SI Bushmaster

    Rebline Mll
Aires up and no leaks. Tried at monster game and shoots @283 tried using it with a rotor and hpa. Wouldnt fire. Thought elbow was hitting pump arm. 1 ball at a time shot fine slow. Pumping fast would fire by itself. Found tip of sear on trigger worn down. Probably because of adjustment screw was loose. Needs tig welded or replaced also haw wrong rear screw. 175.00 shipped

Line SI bushmaster Airs up, fires, and no leaks. No chrono or paint to test. Couple small marks on right side. 200 shipped

It will handle either. To get the right velocity, you will have to tune spring tension when switching gasses, either adjusting the bolt or hammer if it has those features, or swapping springs.

Jonnydread I think you were looking for a Bushmaster Deluxe with long barrel?

I'm no expert, but I'm fairly certain the trigger sear is backwards. I think the ramp has to face to the rear and makes contract with the hammer sear. That might be the cause of your firing issue.

Not sure if I’m wrapping my head around this, but Nelson’s are backwards from blowbacks. The hammer is forward when cocked and moves rearward to open the valve so I don’t think what you are describing is the issue. Probably just worn, accidental auto trigger is a common water problem on nelsons

Correct. I had a Spitfire II that had a nearly identical sliding trigger system, and the ramp of it faced the rear of the gun. I think that ramp angle is there to clear the sear on the hammer when in the forward pumped position.

When trying to fire quickly on this, OP says it'll automatically fire. I think the hammer sear is hitting the squared corner of this trigger and causing it to disengage.

If I pump slow it fires fine. There is definitely wear on the edge of the sear. The sear is held on by a small screw that was loose, maybe causing the wear. Haven't had time to work on it. Ordering a AC/DC tig welder next month, but it might be too small to weld.

The main problem with the Reblines is that the steel sear latches onto a brass bolt. Eventually, brass looses. Ideally, you have to have someone machine up a steel bolt.

This is from a Spitfire II slider, but this is what I was talking about with the ramp on the trigger. I think yours is the wrong direction, causing unreliable firing. Could be other issues as well. I'm no expert. Just something I noticed.
