I don't remember how exactly I came into this it might have been gifted to me through the few years when we had the museum running. This as far as I know is the only working prototype of the undermount Nerf rocket launcher that scenario dreams was working on. I think they eventually made all files to manufacture this accessible on their website because they had no interest in furthering the project pass this one initial prototype.
It is far from perfect the internal reg recharges very slowly which causes the mag style firing pin to hang up here and there. When it does fire it is more than capable of functioning exactly like the JCS or metadyne launchers.
Could be a neat little project
Could be a neat starting point for a limited production run if you can locate all the cad files he made accessible.
Could be fun to shoot slowly.

I will take a look on some of my older computers to see if I actually still have the files if I do I will burn a CD with them on it for you. But I don't remember what laptop I had them on at one point.
