Kp2 direct feed

I bought this awhile back. Previously owner converted to a pistol. I got a new trigger group, nice kp stock, and new stock screw. It has a copper t bolt. The pump are is too short. It will need a longer pump arm. I have the pistol grip and 12 gram changer.
