SOLD!
Hello!
I just picked this up on here not too long ago and although I would love to keep it, my wife is seven months pregnant and I am trying to scrounge up as much money as possible.
This is a Colt Peacemaker single action revolver pellet pistol that was modified by Bill Holstein of CCM to shoot .40 cal paint. It is cool as hell. You load .40 cal paintballs into these bored out cartridges and load them into the cylinder. Functions just as you would expect a single action to. It is powered by a 12 gram CO2 cartridge you put under one of the grips.
Apparently this is one of the first Bill modified. I am going to link to the original post I purchased this from in the comments since there is additional information in there and also a link to a YouTube video which shows a similar revolver.
The finish is tarnished in a few spots because I was a dumbass and left it sitting in a leather holster for months. I'll ship this CONUS with the holster included.
I bought it for $350 but I then tarnished it so I am going to say $300 OBO shipped with payment though PayPal. I'll keep this up for a bit and see what happens. Let me know if you have any questions.
I have tested it and it works! The tricky part as gauging how far to push the paintballs down in the cartridges to get it to fire without breaking paint, but I got the knack of it and got to where I could fire a cylinder with no issues.
If nothing else, this is just a cool paintball artifact.
