They aren't very round anymore.

It is the only one that I have actually played with before. I'll try to find a 12ie to test if it holds air, it has been 5-10 years since I have played with it.

Just tested it with a couple 12ies it is finicky. Leaked a little, a couple shots and it stopped, a couple more shots and it started again.
