So tempting.. I want a b2k, but really want one of the original bodies in silver like I had 20+ years ago... If going nostalgia I want to go all the way.... Really would love to find mine that g3pb did a bit of milling on, but sadly think it is lost forever.

All I can suggest is to find a body or complete marker that resembles it and have it anno'd. Like you said, " If going nostalgia I want to go all the way"... and a one color anno isn't that expensive at all.
Same problem I had JCC. My old B2K was a silver teardrop. Seems strange they are so hard to find these days. I’ll be stripping and polishing the teardrop when it gets to me. If it would be helpful I can take photos and go over how to strip it if you don’t know how. It’s surprisingly easy.
