That is an EXT, one step under the Evo. Basically an Evo w/o the eyes. Flush-cocking bolt, PMI regulator, drop-forward, E-Force frame. The order of the '04 Piranhas is Evo, EXT, SRT, GTI, R6. All of them aside from the Evo had mechanical and electro variants. As MeowFace said, these can run with 9Vs whereas the Spyders will struggle.
