I really like that little, narrow blade... PM imbound.

Did you hammer that Damascus pattern yourself?
If you need to talk, I will listen. Leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I get it.

The damascus is not wrapped. It goes all the way thru

            Bah that's just blades blanks.

This is one I made for my wife 6 years ago. Damascus steel made in the USA and birds eye maple from Michigan with a simple nickel silver guard. She wanted something she could use out in the yard and garden.

I need to dig around for additional pics of stuff I've made of over the years. Maybe if LUKE pops in he can take a pic of the one I made him the other year.

I can't even remember who got the Christmas ones I made the other year with the red and green spacers and cherry.

Ah hah! This one I really liked. I made it for a friend in the Navy about 7 years ago.

Vlad is Japanese stainless steel. Amboyna burl for the handle. With colored spacers and nickel silver spacer and guard.

The blade on the knife for my Navy friend is the same one that's available now at the top. Trying to decide if this new one will get leather washers or a birds eye maple handle.

Should we save this JUST IN CASE you come up missing and it become evidence?

Here’s the beaut that E made me a few years ago, that sits on my desk at work. (my apologies to the artist for my poor photography)

Good to see there is no evidence tag on it.

                          Do you modify the blades?

I think that little, narrow blade would be perfect with a scallop/notch/indent in the spine, right at the blade/tang junction... a place for the thumb to rest.

Some progress photos. kitchen knife with "Mexican Blanket" micarta and white G10 liner and a sharp little bastard with white G10 and fancy wood (my brain is fried at the moment sorry, not enough sleep). Both have special fasteners called corby rivets (I have a pile of regular rivets but prefer the Corby rivets even thought they are at least 20x more expensive.

Also, both knives pictures are spoken for. I still have the small damascus blade available but may make it and see who wants it.

More pics to follow as I shape these.
