Are you meaning a completely yellow barrel(I don't think, I've seen 1 of those)? Or just with the yellow writing on it. If so, I have a Stiffi Switch kit with 4 AC backs .685, .687, .689, .691 ...Does the threading even matter?

It was probably anodized after by separating the CF from aluminum and re glueing it. If they made different color I have never seen em.

Unless you are talking about the “YELLOW MAMBA” version. I believe the fit on Dye backs.

CCM barrels came in different colors to usually matched to markers.
