I literally bought a bnib clear halo v35 from a military surplus store a couple days ago. I paid 80 for it, though, and don't want to get rid of it. Are the clear halo shells somewhat rare? I did also just buy this (https://www.ebay.com/itm/353687407352), and am waiting for it to arrive, so I am not certain how bad the cracks are, but it sounds like it would at least be fine for your purposes if we can work out a deal. I didn't buy this one with the expectation of selling it, but if the price is right I'd be ok with selling it. If you have internals, I could potentially sell you just the shell as well. The store may also have another nib clear halo v35 but I can't recall for certain. Would be willing to check if you're interested though. Was kinda surprised they still had them... would be willing to trade for cocker parts if you have any laying around, such as a good ram, e blade boards, or any other parts you may have laying around. I could potentially add money as well.
