I've made my own in the past from a spent CO2 cartridge, not super hard and this is a good use for actual "Red Loctite".
VMs use standard AR grips correct? You wanting a 45 block or a bottom line ASA for an AR grip?

I'm looking for the actual mount that the .45 block would mount to. It mounts to the body with two bolts.Comment

Understood, not sure you use FB but VM Empire (https://www.facebook.com/groups/552671518402392) is fairly active with some MCB members. My VM (PMI-3) days are well in the past and sadly have no parts to help you out with.
You might reach out to Forrest at Pro-Team Products he is pretty good at putting his hands on esoteric parts for platforms they worked with and they did a lot with the VM platforms.
