Do you mean the cyclone feed? The rip clip is battery powered and was made for the BT line of markers, but the cyclone runs off of air.

I thought they made an attachment for use with the 98s if you didn't wanna do the air route

I could've sworn you could get a rip clip for a tippmann 98 if you didn't wanna do the air route. If I'm wrong then glad I'm corrected

Huh… I didn’t know that existed. But I’m sure you could get a used cyclone and a set of eBay squishy paddles for less than that. Is there a reason you want to buy a rip clip instead of the cyclone? The loader might be easier on paint, but a T98 won’t be, so you still won’t want to put fragile paint through your gun.

I think I just wanna avoid the air to the cyclone as I'm already going to have the Response Trigger but I guess I may need to just change my mind and do the cyclone feed route

I have a T98 and an A5, each with both the RT and cyclone, and they only have one air accessory port each. I think they use more air than they would without those systems but otherwise work fine. I have the high flow air hose on the 98 but I don’t think it’s necessary - the A5 has the smaller line and it works just as well. Be careful with using co2 though - the cyclone can be a little sensitive to low air pressure, and long full-auto streams on the RT can frost up your tank. Obviously not a problem with HPA.

I think specifically with HPA, the high flow kit will be needed for both hpa and rt utilization, but it should otherwise work.

What qboutthe valve. I recall needing a new valve that allowed for higher flow at one point
