    Lever assembly for sheridan

Bought this BretG modded KP2 couple years ago in Canada
Asked him if he would add a lever to it but his new shop does not take project...

Looking for a lever assembly so I can try to make the mod myself

It starts.... they don't wanna give the people what they want, the people will figure it out eventually.

Im a ways out, but if no one else hooks you up, Ill send you all the info for how I make mine so you can make your own.

Id offer to make one, but I dont have a cnc so it takes me a long time.

I'm in the same boat, I have a build I'd like to get a lever but they won't touch it, nor sell the parts ... (And apparently don't want anyone else to do lever either ...)

So I'm gonna make my own ...

If you are going to make a lever, I suggest starting with a beefier stock. The wider the stock, the more material left over after you make the level assembly.

How much are you looking to spend on the conversion?

I wanted a full stock anyway (K rifle style with a drop for the 12g) and it might be a custom one. Will take your comment into consideration to make it wider.

Budget for this build should not be an issue depending if its for a stock and lever or just a lever. I am planning to be a Slim's event next month if shipping north of the border is an issue.

Nice, connects similarly to an autotrigger on the pump arm. Would need beefing up.

No he did not do a Kp lever yet but go ask him if he is interested in the project. He do like to try new stuff and he have some form of lever experience.

What real steel levers are useable for the lever conversion? I got a lever from eBay but it was not made of steel. It's either aluminum or some kind of pot metal.

I would make a run of mounting blocks if I could figure out a source for the levers.

You need to be carefull with the design to make sure some member here wont say the parts are too similar with "their" design...

Most common lever used for paintball are the Winchester/marlin straight lever and the Henry's golden boy large loop levers...
The Henry's are about 50.00 each. Both will need to be cut, drilled out out and most likely rebent at bit...

Where is a good source for those levers? eBay?

Maybe someone needs to draw one up and get a batch cut.
        Working...
