Any of the above will work. Mine blew and need a replacement. Would prefer the GOG first.

If the solenoid blew, but the solenoid cover is still good, be sure to keep it. Hairline cracks in the solenoid cover is behind the death of the majority of SP/GOG markers with that particular solenoid. It is such an easy fix, but with a part that is unobtainable.

It was the cover that exploded actually. Put on a reg that I think over-pressurized it. That means the whole thing is gone, correct?

I can't really say. I haven't experienced that particular fault with that SP/GOG solenoid, and I have teched quite a few of those little buggers.
There is a relief valve in the solenoid to prevent it from blowing out, due to over pressurization, so in theory that should save the actual solenoid. But since you use the word "exploded" it does indeed sound like there has to have been some damages done to the solenoid.
If there is no visibe damage to the solenoid, I wouldn't write it off quite yet, but I wouldn't get my hopes up either. In any case you still need a solenoid cover, which today is only possible to get by buying a complete solenoid. But once you get hold of a new complete solenoid, by all means - try the cover on your old solenoid as well. Can't hurt, really.

I'm pretty sure the hole patterns are opposite of each other. I have a Rail and a Rize, and the body of an eXTCy (from a project I've since put aside), and I'm pretty sure I got bored one day a year or two back and tried putting the Dye noid on the Gog body and it was a no go. I can reverify if you'd like.
