WTB: CCM On/Off ASA

Like the title says.

I have everything for completing the restoration/rebuild of an S5 I recently picked up, except this one part, and there's no telling if/when CCM will ever have them in stock again. I even already have a new rail and brass piston insert, so all I need is the actual ASA body and the knob.

Whatever color and/or finish is fine, since I have other parts that will be getting re-ano'ed anyways. Decent shape that is not too banged up would be preferred, but open to whatever is available out there.

Willing to pay a reasonable premium over what a new one costs as well.
