    Centerfeed PPS Houndstooth

    Hey y'all,

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I have recently required a Houndstooth from Loophole and while I like it, I am realizing I'm more of a centerfeed guy. The only centerfeed that I know of belongs to MAr and I doubt he's letting go of it anytime soon. Any info is appreciated!

I was also hounding MAr last year for that centerfeed HT. That thing is wicked with the 14" barrel.
I know they are pretty darn rare...
Do you aim down the right side of your barrel? I also can't get used to right feeds unless they are stock class and snug to the body.

Exactly! This is why I love offset left feeds and have pushed ASP so hard to release more LFSC bodies. I like to aim over the right side of the barrel so right feed guns doink me up.

I am the exact same way! That explains a lot why we have such similar tastes in markers.

Also I may know someone selling a Pyre (not me surprisingly) if you want to jump back on that train. I understand preferring the simplicity of a HT over a Pyre.

Loophole thanks man, but I tried the Pyre train and I think I’m happier with the simplicity of the Houndstooth/Stocker variant

Oh man - used to have one of those. Sweet shooter - I guess Mar was the one who picked it up. That's the only one I've ever seen though, unfortunately. Were multiple made?

I have no idea, but staying in MAr ‘s periphery and posting up couldn’t hurt! Thanks for sharing pics man

Absolutely! There's a bunch of history to this one too - I'll see if I can dig it up. Built for some pro player back in 1996 or something like that if I recall correctly but I don't recall the name off the top of my head.

It was built for an industry guy who was on total grief iirc.... Bart someone. He wrote for one of the magazines and it featured as a centerfold. It was at the time Palmer's first center feed gun.

Now...... I got it from him in 98 in a trade for an RT mag I had at the time that had some machine work done by flag station in Brooklyn NY

It was my main pump for many years but fell to second in 2001 when I bought a CCM j2. Eventually I traded it to Drummond for an A5 and cash and here we are!

Wow, there you go. Bart sounds correct - maybe I bought it from Drummond...if so, I traded him an S5 hard anno for it and the Superstocker in the photo

Your photo also is funny because the blue trigger shoe was mine. When I owned it it came with a blue stabilizer on it so I swapped out the silver trigger screw for a blue one
        Working...
