Let me try this again, anybody wanna sell one???

Good luck! Rarely see them come up. Usually looks like most of your local buddies (in Hawaii) have hoarded them all.

someone just posted theirs on the carter facebook page, not for sale, but I feel like wanting this particular gun is gonna require you coming up with a stupid offer, throwing it out there, and seeing what sticks.

Paul Schreck talks about the history of the Dave Loo / Duck Works Gecko Blasters and how "Duck Works wanted to make a [paintgun] that would shoot the long ball."
As far as Paul knows there are 4 exisiting original Gecko Blasters. These original Gecko Blasters use the Duck Works frame, which was used on Ducks and on some Carter machine pumps later on. The body are a unibarrel and sized to about .689. Paul's example features an aluminum body. I am not sure if Rodney's features an aluminum or stainless snub. The Gecko Blaster operates similar in funtion to a comp but the pump action is flipped from the lower rail to on top of the body. And the snub is covered with an aluminum shroud which houses the feed and the pump handle is square and made from the same extrusion as the Duck Works DD-68 / Kamikaze Shooter.

Paul also points our that the Duck Works used millet sights and pacmry grips, similar to what is found on the top rail of Desert Duck pumps.

1 of the four was destroyed. A second is in the collection of Rodney Neil of Remember the Ronin. The 3rd and 4th Gecko Blasters Paul found at Earon Carters shop and purchased and then restored and one of those two is pictured in this video.

The 4th (or 3rd existing) original Gecko Blaster was eventually purchased from Earon by Paul and he refinished it in a matte clear anodizing.

In 2016(?) Paul asked Earon about a Gecko Blaster remake and Earon made a small run of 3 for Paul. These use a wider body and pump and featured an unscrewable barrel.
One of the 2016 Gecko Blasters was made with a longer long pump handle.

They're basically a Comp but styled like a Duck. It's a shame Carter never built more because they're my favorite of his guns. The awesome styling of the duck, but the way better pump stroke and feed of the Comp.

Not looking to sell mine though, spent forever tracking it down.

Thank you. That's pretty awesome. I'm not a stock class guy but I can really see the appeal
