You can tighten down a stock one and it will do the same thing. I can't remember if I got the one for my rental mag from SuperMan, or AGD...

I think I got my last one from tunaman, because AGD was out. It was a spring loaded one. However, as was mentioned, take the spring out, drive the set screw up to the pin, and it'll lock it in place

It needs to be the solid one because I need to cut it flush with the rail.

This isn't tiddy.... You can see the stock one sticking out.
