add a 90* on the gauge port and use one there.

If he's trying to make a Gemini kit work, I think the pneumatic switch threads are different. The 6-way, or whatever it was.

No. It's a one piece design. They're funky little kits. I had one for a while. I'll see if I have any pictures saved.

Found them. Sorry these are garbage. I'm pretty sure I took them with the original iphone. Either that or my last Nokia. Lol. I sold my kit forever ago.

Now that I'm thinking about it, the switch may not have even been threaded. It might have been slip and held in by that set screw. I can't remember.

I don't know how I am going to find one of these things. Even just the switch alone would help me get started and then someone can make me the front block

If you gonna get a front block made, just have it with a switch on each side of the frame ...
might be more cost effective to make it yourself, I don't want to know how much a custom front block would run you ...

I'm assuming the dual lrp is for different pressure on the opening and closing stroke of the ram?

Yes. The idea is you can increase the cocking pressure for consistent recock, but limit the return pressure to pinch paint.

But in reality, you just end up with an unbalanced switch, and if you go too far out of a certain pressure differential, you'll have a hard time resetting the trigger forward. It's a weird juggling act.

                Thanks for the info.

One more reason to re-design it with 2 switches 😅

So are you saying two standard three way switches would work? How would the hoses be run?

Would the trigger operate both somehow?

One on each side of the frame ... Use the ports you need and plug the other.
1 lpr to 1 switch to 1 side of the ram ...
(For cool factor go to 2 separate rams 😋)

XEMON that would honestly make a beautifully overcomplicated Autococker. I think dual 3 ways and dual rams would be a very MCB thing to do.

I didn't see any binding issues with the extra oings in the 6way. Max pressure is still the same as a standard 3/4way.

automeister you do not need a custom front block. The 6 way is a slip fit - drill and tap a set screw (as pictured) on the side of a standard front block, then add the extra LPR from the bottom gauge port.

It isn't a binding issue. The higher pressure side would always try to overpower the lower pressure side, which made it though to tune.

I would think someone has one of these kits they will sell. The main difficulty for me moving forward is the switch.
