Just got one off Ebay for my son, less than 40 bucks and it drops 20 balls a second.

For which gun? Problem with .50 cal was none to little standardization when they tried to make it happen....you have some of the older .50 cal blowbacks that took a smaller diameter feedneck for tiny .50 cal loaders , and then you have the modern spoolies you can convert to .50 cal ( gog enmey, emek, etc ) but they take the standard feedneck and you'll need a loader that is dual purpose and will fit ( ie. the PAL loader, the Valken VSL , etc)

Interesting, this new PE ProToyz Speedster loader just dropped with pre-order and it's dual caliber !

I have a few of the Spyder Opus guns, they have the smaller feedneck. The hopper is only 50 cal. compliant.

I picked up a .50 cal Etha 2 and love it. I tried the GI Sportz hopper and it’s a loud crappy hunk of cheap plastic. I’ve seen the Kingman .50 cal on ANS but don’t want to spend $50 for another hunk of junk.

I have used a Vmax+ with 50 cal paint and it worked great. It's not made for 50 cal but I was able to use it with no issues. I saw someone else do it and that's how I knew to try it.

Nuppy, did the gi sportz .50 cal work ok though? They work like a Revvy correct, I was thinking of these too, is it just the loud motors that are an issue?

GI loader worked ok, not a very high feed rate. Its just pretty cheap feeling.

Forgot to post this for you. Here's a video of the Kingman motorized running through a full hopper. 350rds at 17 seconds is 20bps!

I'm glad they have some exploded views on PE. That's actually a really simple, reliable looking unit. I hope it finds a place in the paintball communities heart just like the old revvy did.

Take a look at the Valken VSL. It's convertible in both caliber and capacity. I use one myself and it's a solid loader.
