Title says it all, need guts for an ultralite frame I ordered, I'm gonna guess I'll need a sear pin as well can't remember if I need one for the plate or not

I have heard the freeflow roller sear where superior.
Personally I would go with those.

What makes the shocktech plate so special

They are a bit thicker and stainless. Also have some aesthetic holes drilled in them.
