    JCS folding stock

    Probably a long shot...

      I am 95% sure I have one in black. If you dont find one, I will go digging.

              I have an MCS folding stock but it's much more milsim than the photo you have

              I don't have a mount plate for it to mount it to any specific marker plate on the front is just flat so it can be drilled for whatever you want to sort out but it is a vertical place
