First, let me start by saying these are awesome guns to play with. But there is more to these gems than most people know.
So, how much do you know about the SMG60's? I'm assuming, with a desired quantity of 40, that you plan to host games using them. Have you thought about power source, clip purchase and paint availability? These were designed to use liquid CO2. That requires access to CO2 and siphon tanks for each gun. There is a mod to use HPA, but that requires higher output air tanks matched to each gun. Paint is 62 caliber, not commonly available. Paint must be loaded in the plastic stripper clips to feed into the gun. Repair parts are getting harder to find, especially springs.
I'm not trying to dissuade you from your endeavor. I have a fleet of 20+ that we use here in the Mid Atlantic. Paint availability is the biggest issue on the horizon. I just want you to think about all the details that go into running these markers, before you purchase 40.
