Its a bit more than that, coroplast or corrugated plastic per the creator of the plans. I actually managed to track down the creator and talked with him the other day. Will have more information soon but looks like he is willing to release the plans out to the public including a backlog of other designs and such that he created but has never prototyped. May have convinced him to get back into designing more current plans,
