i was totally wrong....i didn't know CK made barrel tips. well thank you for the post.

It’s probably cheaper at this point to get the CK remake and whatever barrel back you prefer considering what those old whoosh tips go for. I used felt to pack mine and it worked really well. I got my fingers crossed for Ck to make a Dye threaded one. I’m actually curious if there is enough meat to rethread them for other barrel backs.

Now just gotta decide if I want a field one or gog xl. That would be cool if dye made it for there tactical side. I have a whoosh for my Carter yea it's sweet but I want a black one and longer, so perfect.
