You might be able to resurface it. Recently there was a G6R (2k11) at the field with a chronic cup seal leak. I chucked up the old cup seal in my lathe, resurfaced it, and it's been good for ~1 month of every weekend use so far. I've done this with quite a few cup seals over the years.
