WTB - 90 deg Macro fittings

Looking to get a few 90 degree macro fittings. NOT swivel.
Regular standard fitting, used is fine, I can rebuild it.

I'd like the style in the picture below.

I'll buy just 1, but would love to find 4 or 5 of them
