WTB 5 degree adapter block for bottom of CCI phantom 45 grip

Does anyone have one of these laying around? I understand that CCI made these back in the day. Converts upswept 45 degree grip to a horizontal surface for horizontal ASA/stock. If not available, any recommendations on a similar adapter or shim? Thank you.

Apocalypse PB, creater of the Spring Pheed, had a 3D printed wedge that did the same thing. Not sure if he's still around to offer that though
