I just recently got a L stock from Doc. I know he sent some out to Ano a while ago that haven’t come back but he’s got Raw L stocks in stock. I just grabbed one I’m having him add some speed holes in mine like the Carter style stocks.
Doc's machine is supposed to have L stocks available. I did send him a message through here a few weeks ago though, and he has yet to reply.
Until 2 weeks ago I had an order with him for two L stocks with tank rings, one P stock, and a compact gas thru grip; an order that has been outstanding since April of this year and I still have zero stocks. After more than a dozen emails, PMs, and only two replies months apart telling me he’d be ready to invoice me and ship “by Wednesday or Thursday” I finally sent him an email saying I don’t want them any longer.
I know He had an issue with the guy that did his anodizing. He sent in product and hasn’t seen it since. So that may have been your issue.
Nope, I ordered everything raw - including his only raw unassembled P stock - so that I could have them matched to the builds that now sit unfinished. The only delay has been waiting on him to make 2 sets of tank rings... that’s it, nothing more. His first offer to invoice and ship was July-ish, second was somewhere in Q3. I haven’t gotten a reply in months. I even sent him pics of the builds to garner some sympathy... from the guy I’m trying to GIVE money to. I would have paid for the stocks and had him ship them now if I believed he would actually ship them, then buy the rings later when they are ready. At this point I have zero faith that I would ever see anything for my money if I was foolish enough to pay.
Handy - my apologies for cluttering your thread, but be aware of what you’re getting into if you contact Doc
