CCM Stock Feed Adapter - WTB

I'm getting a new-to-me S5 RF, and I'm looking for a CCM stock feed that will bolt up to it as well. Let me know what you got. I prefer the actual full CCM stock feed, but I would not turn away a Cram-n-Jam either.
