WTB AGD ULE Body

I’m in search of a vert feed ULE body. Ideally gloss black, but entertaining options that aren’t the usual dust black.

I have used Helios bodies in red if that is something you would consider.

Are there options for a lower profile feedneck?

Where do the feedneck threads start?

Feedneck threads stop at the start at the top of the black piece. They are ccm threaded. Nummech used to sell empire spec adapters, but I think he closed his store. I may be able to machine this feedneck into empire spec if that is something that interests you.

I’m intrigued. By empire spec, will it fit something similar to the following (link below).

I’m picturing the black piece of the Helios body machined down so that the empire camping feedneck would clamp flush against the main (red body tube). Is that the goal?

I was referring to machining the part that threads in. The portion below the plastic piece is welded and threaded.
Yes inception feednecks will work, that one is missing the lever and screws. I have inception feednecks in stock in dust and gloss. New in package.

So the end result would be the clamping feedneck resting flush against the black plastic piece? How tall is the black plastic piece?

Yes sir. 0.455" for the plastic piece above the top of the body.
