    Macdev Cyborg Parts

I recently picked up an 07 cyborg unfortunately it is missing some parts.
I need to track down or find replacements for both of the following.
    -LPR Spring Cap
    -LPR Spring
I think parts from an 06 cyborg are the same.
I'm also looking for an aftermarket trigger.

If you run into a hard stop for some reason (I don't think you will) the STD LPR for the AKALMP EVIL M is compatible if you put it on a lathe and turn down a very small portion of the LPR that goes into the gun.

OR SOMETHING like that. I used to know exactly what I took but I remember it being something any shop with a lathe could do in about 5 minutes.

Just an option. I expect mac dev themselves may have those LPR parts you're looking for.

Awesome, thanks for the info! I have also reached out to other 07 borg owners to get dimensions of the spring to source a replacement. I figured I could just 3d print the cap if I have to.

Yes, I have reached out the both US and AUS locations, heard back from US but still waiting on the homebase.

Bummer. paintballkingdom used to sell a lot of mac dev stuff in better days have you tried them? I checked the wayback machine and this number on this website is the same number from 2007 https://paintballkingdom.com/

so even though they don't look like a retailer anymore someone there MAY have something.

Checking with the local MacDev rep- will let you know what he says.

rep said "need to send an email to MacDev direct. . We still keep some parts for older markers but we don't have stock is the US it's all in Australia." Sounds like you've already done that though =/

                      What color is your borg?

If its blue I will buy it from you and put a modded STD LPR on there myself.

That was my initial thought and they still have the same phone number on their website even though they don't appear to be an online retailer anymore.

I hope to see the OP have good luck with PBK it sucks when small parts stop existing.

Thanks to everyone who posted ideas and solutions! I reached out to PBK, he still has some spare parts but nothing for the LPR. For anyone looking in the future, he still has some triggers and red valves if you're looking for that stuff.
I was able to find a replacement spring that I think should work from an 05 Cyborg and I am going to try to 3D print the spring cap.

You can definitely make a spring cap. Thats great, glad you're on track.

You might be able to find a part in a hardware store that will match up with the spring. It just gives the adjustment screw something to push against.
