    If it's mech it shouldn't need solenoid.
    I'm confused.

    Noids= electro
    Valves=mech

    Do you need a valve?

    I also know nothing about these guns.

      ChatGPT says the official name for the part is Roller Actuated Pilot Valve, but commonly called the mechanical solenoid.

      Here is Rory from ANSGear with the swap process:

      So in short, you are right. The first 4 things I saw called it a solenoid before I saw its correct name. Now I can't change the title *shrug*

        I did have some mild shock when I saw it the first time, but after like 3 in a row, I was like, " I guess that is just what we are going with." Bunch-a bums feeding me bad info.

        It's kind of like calling a 4-way a 3-way. After a while you just get used to it and ignore it. There are a lot of examples of this in paintball (poppet drop shots, closed-bolt accuracy, frozen paintballs).

        Poppet drop shots is a good team name

        Is anyone familiar with these? I’m not doubting Trav, but I also can’t fathom where any other parts would be.

        If it’s not an oversight by us, does anyone have the missing part?

          With the Shocker CVO, it utilizes the same QEV as on the XLS. This QEV is also where you adjust bolt speed (on both the XLS and CVO). The part you are needing is the CVO valve. Once you have the CVO valve, it connects with the red QEV.

          In the picture attached, I've circled the valve that's unique to the CVO.
