I did have some mild shock when I saw it the first time, but after like 3 in a row, I was like, " I guess that is just what we are going with." Bunch-a bums feeding me bad info.
It's kind of like calling a 4-way a 3-way. After a while you just get used to it and ignore it. There are a lot of examples of this in paintball (poppet drop shots, closed-bolt accuracy, frozen paintballs).
With the Shocker CVO, it utilizes the same QEV as on the XLS. This QEV is also where you adjust bolt speed (on both the XLS and CVO). The part you are needing is the CVO valve. Once you have the CVO valve, it connects with the red QEV.
In the picture attached, I've circled the valve that's unique to the CVO.
