Just an opinion but I stay away from RT's all together. You're stuck in that platform and dealing with the banjo bolt forever. An X-valve build has no boundaries.-
Classic RT is the one that you cannot change, unless you get the aftermarket body and frames made to go along with the other parts.
RT Pro, you can change around all the parts like any other automag, including the valve or Xvalve. -
If it’s got a 1/8-27 NPT hole on the side, it’s not an RT Classic, which means it’s widely compatible with the majority or parts out there. Don’t shy away from a valve labeled RT if it’s got an 1/8-27 NPT port on the side. As long as it has a Level 10 bolt, it has the same performance as an X-Valve. It will be less expensive but a tad bit heavier due to more stainless steel than aluminum between an RT Valve and X-Valve.
