WTB - Tippmann 98 or 98 custom with an upgraded barrel

Looking for a 98 with any non stock barrel. I don't want a field grade uber beater, but anything from normal wear to mint is of interest.

My barrel preference would be a 10 inch barrel of some kind, or any carbon fiber barrel in any length.

I picked up a Model 98 in pretty good shape. Needs a new ball detent. I also have a 12” Smart Parts Progressive barrel for it.

this beauty is on my local CL. Apple Valley is kind of a crap drive for me, so see if he will mail it to ya. If not I guess I could go get it if that trigger guard tickles yer fancy.

I thought that JMJ trigger guard drop forward was really epic and awesome back in 2000 or so. I sent that guy an email, we'll see what he says. I expect no response but either way it was nice to see pictures of that rare upgrade.

Would that be a stainless steel 1/8 npt to tank threads adapter?

Maybe did they have extra long threads for the tippy?
