Preference toward the 12g dropout. Doesn't look like Bacci is accepting orders at the moment...

DocsMachine has made them in the past and IIRC may still have some in stock or thinking about doing another run.

As far as I've been able to find, he made valves that mount an ICD lever changer. An ICD lever changer costs more than I'm looking to spend.

^This. I made valve bodies to put an ICD lever on a Nelson- still have some in stock if anyone's interested - but I've never made a dropout changer.

I have a back bottle adapter and a screw in drop out if you want to go that route.

Thanks for the offer. I'm going to see if anyone has a dropout valve before making a decision. I would only be interested in the back bottle valve, I have a bucket changer to hang off the back.
