I bought an 07 Ego on ebay. I was told it worked. It does not. It has a high shot count, and I am pretty sure it needs a solenoid. It's likely some O-rings should also be replaced, but I had a marker tech look it over and they said the O rings looked good.
The marker will turn on, take air, and kinda-sorta shoot. But has very low velocity no matter what I change, and the velocity drops off fast when shooting anything over 1-3 bps.
These solenoids are not made any more, and are basically impossible to find. This is a shot in the dark.
If anyone is interested, I would also be open to trading the non-functional marker for something. Maybe a used entry level electro speedball marker (Etha3, Axe 2, etc) I would add cash - or a JT proflex or solid jersey/pants (I am med size 33 waist)
