Trying to get the shop back up

Like to say Hi!! to all.

It's been some time coming. But as I'm coming to find out It's beating me up at every corner. I've only used 2 of my machines since moving and even that was scavenging computer junk and new pc from elsewhere. Or the last cnc being totally un cooperative. Needs rewiring as half the wires got yanked out. Got it close to done and am only missing the pot for the motor control board. And mounting the keyboard somehow. End Rant

Took my vice off my mill. Has not been off in 20 years. Here are the before and after pics of the mill table. Cleaned the vise as well but sorry no pictures of that.

That's the biggest mill/drill/lathe combo machine I've ever seen. CNC too by the looks of it! Nice. I bet it's great for paintball parts.

It does the job. Wish it was a newer one. But they cost twice as much new as when i bought this new 20years ago.

Moved the big machine. As it needs wiring and where it was made to hard. Now I just open the garage door and get behind it.

Made some make shift doors for the other machine. Will make better ones later. Click image for larger version

Did you used to do a little anodizing back in the mid 2000s? I have been trying to remember who did my mag for me (as the messages were lost in the ransomware attack) and my brain kept remembering your name but I could be totally off.

Nice, yeah it is a rather unique and loud color. Sure fun to get the looks and comments now on having a “relic”.
