    Need help with leaking Impulse

Early 2000s vision impulse is leaking down the barrel. It was working fine last week, but I figured it was probably just time for new orings. Stripped it down completely, replaced all orings. The troubleshooting guide on ZDSPB says it might be the valve or poppet orings. Cleaned it meticulously, can't find any signs of wear on the valve, poppet, or any of the new orings. I verified the orings are the correct size using the guide that came with my oring kit from orings.net. I feel like I'm beating my head against the wall. The reg shows 200 psi output. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I used the maintenance guide from ZDSPB to ensure all the orings used were the correct size. None of them feel like 90 duro, all are 70. Nothing is over greased. No visible damage on valve or poppet. The only orings I didn't change were the solenoid orings, but that shouldn't have it leaking down the barrel.

Update: I saw a post yesterday on FB where people were saying they use 90 Durometer orings on the valve and it seems to work. Is there a website I can easily order one size of 90 Duro Buna orings?

Is the valve in the right way? Did you over tighten the valve grub screw?

It's the stock valve and it is in the correct way. I'll double check the grub screw. I don't think it's in too far. It's only sitting flush with the body so it won't come in contact with the eye board. It has a size 10 oring on it.

It definitely felt like a 90 duro, not a 70. Replaced it but still leaking. I'm thinking I got a bad batch of orings.
