Off to a good start I would say. Vertical feed getting finished. Now to decide on how to pump it.

Side tap the body and solder the fitting in place.

That’s gunna be cool! What frame you going with?

what’s the length of space between the grip frame mount screws. I may have a part that would let you mount something wacky to the bottom like a benchmark or something.

Just a classic frame. I have to figure out how to mount a asa on the bottom.

I feel like I have seen some CCM T2 frames that fit on some brass.

I'm pretty sure DocsMachine makes 45 frame adapters for pgp frames with an asa mount.

So here’s what I need to figure out. The pump arm is too small of a diameter to fit snugly into the simple brass tube. And the valve body ends right where the tube was cut off so there’s no extra brass to mount it too. Maybe I need to take this pump arm and shave it down on a leave and add some threads threaded into the 1/8 NPT threads that are in the valve already and then side tap the valve for the added air. The only problem is I don’t know if the threads on here are incredibly straight which might result in a cockeyed pump arm. Unless I re-drill the valve body and make it a different thread for the pump arm that I would also have to turn down on a lathe and add threads to. Who has a lathe and wants to help lol

Can you drill out the pump arm to pass air through it and then drill and tap the underside of the pumparm for the air inlet? Also maybe use a male-male fitting or threaded rod with through hole to connect the two instead of machining new outside threads on the pump arm.
Are those valve bodies directional/sensitive to their orientation in the body?

I decided on a different pump kit. I’m gonna see if the drift kit will fit a little bit better with a drilled and tapped front block. I might have to mother grip frame a little bit to allow for spacing but I think overall it would be better. I may have to switch out the front block for a front block with an ASA depending on how much room I have. I don’t wanna put the pump arm super close to the tip of the barrel. But this would be the generic look. I just have to figure out how I’m going to add an ASA to the bottom of the frame. I found an old pair of PMI pistol grips that will work perfectly with very slight modification. It’s gonna be a fun little shooter, just a lot of valve work coming in the next week

What are the odds you can run air through the grip if you tap the valve body from the bottom?
