    That carbon fiber is hard on the tooling ... Had to sharpen the blade 4 or 5 time before I made it through.

    Noice! Also be extra-sure to thoroughly clean off all the dust and chips. CF and fiberglass dust is very abrasive, and you don't want that on a machine tool.

      ...nor in your lungs. Hope you used a respirator. CF in your lungs => Cancer anywhere in your body (typically the liver and kidneys IIRC)

        The fist picture is when I stopped to attach the shop-vac to the carige. I've worked with fiberglass and carbon fiber quite a bit, this thing can be nasty ...
        The CCI feed tube I make, they eat one end mill for every 7 or 8 tubes.

        And yeah, cancer everywhere šŸ’€
