Does anyone make custom frames for the phantom? I'm looking for an 86 or 90 degree frame - am I SOL?

😈 Drozd Black Bird (Russian Full auto BB gun) 12g adapter holds an pierces 3 at the same time. I converted my BB rifle to Compressed air so it don’t freeze up at the Rate it cycles at with the mods I put in it. So I put it to use the best way I know how. I can shoot my Joyride dry with it 120-150shots depending on temps and how fast you shoot. It’s great for outlaw. Drilled and taped an ASA plug to the odd super fine metric threads so it just screws on.

I'd love another run of 86* frames to be made. I did email CCM a week or two about it and they have zero intention to make any for the foreseeable future. Seems like they're having enough trouble making guns/parts for them
If they ever do (or someone else does...), I swear I'd buy 10 of the damn things to make sure I don't get caught without one again...
To avoid a total copycat of CCM, if someone was willing to make something, I'd have a suggestion or two!Comment

Last run when CCM was still making stuff was self funded. One guy fronted the entire run and sold them slowly because the price was much higher then people wanted to pay. He did eventually sell them all and that run is marked with CCM engraved under the grip panels. By today’s prices the last run price would be a deal.

Who makes 90* frames? I'd be fine with that, i just don't love 45s
Also, that 3 cartridge charger is crazy.Comment

Jcurt had 90* frames as well as another maker who's name escapes me. The CCM 86 frames were unobtanium until they were released a second time about 7ish years ago. CCM sat on the excess frames for a long time and eventually cleared them out at like $50 a pop. Then Mike from CCI retired and sold off the company and everything phantom was hoarded and hard to find. You can still find the CCM ones on occasion, but I wouldn't spend more than $100 on one. The first gen had proprietary 86 panels and the second gen were standard CCM 86 panels.Comment

You sure about the the panels? Mine is a early one and I put aluminum palm swell finger groove panels designed for the CCM 86* cocker frame. It’s not one of the later grips. -
I am about 95% sure I remember Bill mentioning they were unique. I have not had an early one in hand to verify though. He had two later releases, one was done by CCM and then a second later one that was self funded by someone. I had one of each of the later releases and as mentioned the letters CCM were engraved in the self funded set, but not the CCM second release. Both had the standard grip panels. We lost so much knowledge when this site was hoodwinked. -
The early CCM mech 86 frames use a different pattern than the modern 86 frames so that might've been the difference.
