All 1/8NPT thread with allen inside

So I have not done the digging that i need to do yet and likely will find what i am looking for but I figured I will ask you fine peoples to save myself some leg work. I am looking for a 1/8npt male threaded fitting that is all threads. All of the fittings that i have found so far have a section in the middle that a wrench could fit on to add it or remove it. While this would work great most of the time I need a piece that is all threads.
I am not sure that such a thing exists and I may need to grab a piece of pipe and make it, in order to tighten it i think i could engrave the center of the pipe to fit an Allen key, kind of like a first strike fill nozzle works.
