I was really excited about this and didn't really know where to share it.
Had a Enmey and was going to 3d print a body. So when I removed the outer shell I was curious what it would look like without it and me being me I slapped the frame back on.
Now this led to it not having a feedneck and detents. I have a bin of parts laying around and wondered.
Surprisingly Spyder 2 hole neck kinda fits flush with the body (had to sand it a lil wider) and PE feedneck slides right on. So chopped the top down a bit so the inside of feedneck sits flush. Drilled and tap 2 6/32 holes ontop and used frame screws to fit ( I made sure not to go all the way through into the chamber). So I had to cut the screws shorter.
I orginally was going to drill out the detent holes and thread it for autococker style detents but then I felt it was too thick and deep for the autococker detents. So I just chopped the body up to hold the detents in place.
Things I thought looked great with it. JnJ ceramic barrels flows well with this look. The Hyper2 fits flush with the vertical asa part. And looking for probably to do a dye asa next just waiting in that. But here it is. I'm no professional machinist, just a mechanic who had a slow day at work haha. I thought it just looks really interesting. Thanks for stopping by.
