Do you shake it? Or the platforms are too small to park dice?

The platforms are loose, so they tilt when t the dice land on them

Spent the best part of 3 days printing 100 golf ball style reusable 68cal rounds out of TPU. For some reason normal round balls don't like being printed and never seem to come out right.

I don't know yet. I haven't had a chance to test them out. I'd literally finished pulling the supports off minutes before posting and now it's almost midnight where I'm at (I'm in the UK) so it's a bit late to be making that kind of noise. I'll post up when I get to test them out.

Did you get a chance to test these out?

Not yet. I really haven't got anywhere to safely test fire at the moment and tbh I've got other things taking priority right now. I'm also reluctant to buy fresh paint to compare them against as I've got a 15-20 year old case of paint buried somewhere in my garage that I'd also bought for test firing. Maybe I'll pull that stuff out and give it a shot? Who knows how bad an idea that would be! Anyways, realistically, I probably won't be test firing anything until well after the New Year. Sorry.

A marker stand. First time printing tpu - think I need to reduce the temp a touch to reduce stringing. But I’m happy the results

Had to go with the Halloween theme 🎃

Tpu is just stingy in general. I don't chase the hair, just blobs. I adjust the temp and extrusion multiplier (along with perimeter and infill) depending on the kind of print, whether it's a seal or something structural. Really versatile stuff, just expensive and stringy.

TPU also likes to be nice and dry. I've got into the habit of putting the spool into the dryer for a couple hours before i print with it

I didn’t dry the tpu, but it was fresh out of the sealed bag, so I’d assumed it was dry enough. I did check the specs and my temps were on the high side, so I’ll drop the temps and dry it out to see if that helps. No blobs (aside from some weird shapes on ironed surfaces - will skip ironing in the future) so I think other settings were ok.

I’ve had wasps cramming grass and dead bugs in the gutter under my window screens all summer, so I finally designed and printed off TPU blockers that install & remove easily and will still let water get to the weep holes. Took 7 iterations to get it right
