I know Freedummy use to 3d print those

Does anyone have a 3d model or have the dimensions so I can make one?

also not sure for material and thickness?
1/8" TPU?

No idea, but i did a quick search and found Palmers 3d prints them?? Never would have thought i'd see that on palmers site

Saw them too, but I wont order a part from the US to Canada for something I can print at home...
Plus the desigh is quite simple

If someone have one in good shape and can make a pdf scan with it I could make a quick model
