Need Cocker Bolt Tester (Half Block)

Hey, I have been having fun designing a bunch of different patterns for air to flow through a cocker bolt. I am having some mixed results depending on which Empire cocker I put it in, for some reason the more restricted ones get super quiet with my Morph Valve Sniper, but I don't notice a difference at all with my ID valved Ressie. I don't have a great way to test efficiency results. I have not had a ton of time for testing.

I am looking for someone who would want to put these bolts through it's paces and give me brutally honest feedback. I designed these around the stock Empire bolt, so I ask that you have an Empire Ressie or Sniper, chronograph, paint, and time. I'd ship you a handful of these bolts, you would need to put orings on them (I use the stock bolt orings and it is a perfect fit for), feel free to play around with them to get the best fit. You would also need a Bolt pin ($5 on ANS), you can use a spring and bearing (I use ID trigger return spring and Airsoft bb).

The bolt diameter is smaller than the breach (the o-rings seal it), so these will not create wear on your marker)

You keep the bolts if you like them or hate them.

Keep in mind, these could be extremely dangerous, do not shoot or dry fire a marker with this in it when pointed anywhere except a safe direction. These could blow apart and shoot out of the barrel! This has not been my experience, the PLA ones that failed would crack and just not let a ball feed into the breech. These are printed in PETG, I tried PLA+ and those bolts ended up failing when I was hammering on the trigger dry firing. They PETG has been holding strong though without any incident.

I am mostly interested in efficiency, and durability. I am extremely open to other design ideas, and any other improvements.

If these turn out to be a viable product, I'll happily produce them for others (Half block and Full Block), probably in another charity fund raiser type way.

If you don't find anyone with a cocker, I've got a halfblock pump I can use.

I'm building a midblock pneucocker that I could use as a testbed for you, but it won't be complete for a little while.
And God turned to Gabriel and said: “I shall create a land called Canada of outstanding natural beauty, with majestic mountains soaring with eagles, sparkling lakes abundant with bass and trout, forests full of elk and moose, and rivers stocked with salmon. I shall make the land rich in oil so the inhabitants prosper and call them Canadians, and they shall be praised as the friendliest of all people.”

“But Lord,” asked Gabriel, “Is this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them."
