Not sure if this has been posted yet or if the creator is on here but it's a really clever idea. Basically the 3 way is just reversed and attached to the pump handle.

This kit is from our own grendal50 and he is loaded with all kinds of ideas.....The best part for me is the fact he lives 2 minutes down the road from me so I get to play around with the prototypes and share my feedback before it's done.
