    SMAV-3 for the SP-1?

I wouldn't normally ask if someone can copy someone else's work, but I've tried to contact Stanchy for months now with no luck.
I'm needing the little 3D-printed bit that anchors a SMAV-3 valve to an SP-1's grip mounting post.
    Can anyone recreate this?

I'd be interested in this part too as I mech'd my SP1 last year. I ended up drilling and tapping a hole in the frame and using a grub screw to sorta hold the SMAV-3 in place, it has held up the few times I have used it so far but I too would prefer a more solid placement.
I can take some pics this evening if you need.

I ended up using some sort of rubberized plug I improved to work my my SP1. Your proposed part would be much nicer to use.

Here is how mine sits, the grub screw just presses the valve against the side of the frame to hold it in place.

I've had one sitting in my basement for over a year. I guess it's time to get to work!

I'd still be really interested in this part. Got two dead SP-1s that need it.

It's not terribly difficult to just use aluminum stock from ACE to make a little "L" bracket. That's what I ended up doing with mech Ion with a non-standard frame. You can get pretty creative with the mounting brackets for these and they still work great.

BrickHaus should be able to get you pictures of the L bracket I made a few years ago.

I'll see if I can't get the grips off that beast and snap a picture.

I've even seen drilled out pennies and jb weld used as a mounting bracket.
